At the Brockport Area Health Foundation, we believe in the power of local nonprofits to improve lives and promote health in lasting ways. Our grant program is designed to support organizations serving the Brockport area whose work aligns with our mission to enhance community health and well-being.
Whether you’re offering direct healthcare services, providing access to basic necessities, or creating opportunities for healthier living, we want to hear from you.

What We Fund

​We fund 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations working in the Brockport area whose services align with the following priority areas:
 
Mental Health & Substance Use Support
Programs that promote emotional well-being, address addiction, and support recovery.
 
Healthy Women, Infants & Children
Services that support maternal and child health, early development, and family stability.
 
Chronic Disease Prevention & Management
Initiatives that promote healthy lifestyles and help manage long-term health conditions.
 
Basic Needs & Community Wellness
Projects such as food pantries, hygiene and clothing banks, or services for those living in poverty—especially children and the elderly.
 
We prioritize projects that are:

Specific to the Brockport area
Community-centered and inclusive
Rooted in measurable impact and sustainability

Eligibility

To apply for a grant, your organization must:

  • Be a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit

  • Serve residents in the Brockport area

  • Provide services that align with our funding priorities
